# 微软 Cortana 将告别手机端，专注成为你的生产力工具助理

微软将在今年 12 月 10 日[停止对 Windows Phone 支持](https://in.pcmag.com/mobile/128173/windows-phone-is-officially-dead-microsoft-urges-users-to-shift-to-android-iphone)，而最初作为 Windows Phone 上使用的语音助手 Cortana 也将离开手机端。

微软近日在官网上宣布，他们将于 2020 年 1 月 31 日停止对 Cortana 的 iOS 和 Android 版本应用的支持，而 Microsoft Launcher 中的 Cortana 功能也将在新版本应用中取消，[受影响的市场](https://www.theverge.com/2019/11/16/20967875/microsoft-cortana-ios-android-app-removal-countries-support-document)包括英国、澳大利亚、德国、墨西哥、中国、西班牙、加拿大和印度。

届时，而用户此前通过 Cortana 手机应用创造的备忘、列表和任务等内容将自动同步至 Microsoft To Do 应用。

当然，这并不意味着微软要放弃 Cortana。在今年年初，微软 CEO [Satya Nadella 就说了](https://www.theverge.com/2019/1/18/18187992/microsoft-cortana-satya-nadella-alexa-google-assistant-competitor)，Cortana 的定位已经不再是像 Google Assistant 和 Alexa 这样的智能语音助手的竞争对手：

> Cortana 需要成为任何 Microsoft 365 订阅者可使用的技能工具。你理应能通过 Google Assistant 和 Alexa 来使用它，就像你在 Android 和 iOS 上能用我们的应用一样，至少我们是这样看的。

因此，当 Cortana 应用下线后，它将被整合至微软 365 生产力工具中。

虽然这听起来有点「大眼回形针小助手」的感觉，但微软为 Cortana 设计的辅助功能听起来还挺实在的。

就在这个月初，Cortana 业务负责人 Andrew Shuman 在[接受 Windows Central 采访](https://www.windowscentral.com/cortana-shuman-ignite-2019-interview)时曾例举了一些 Cortana 在工作场景中的功能。

微软宣布将于明年为 Outlook 手机版推出 Play My Emails 功能。你可以将这个功能理解为让 Cortana 给你朗读收到的邮件，但它同时也会为你进行信息整理。

譬如，在朗读过程中，Cortana 会删掉非必要部分，例如像是你在听的时候永远不会动手抄下来的订单序列号；遇到有图片，Cortana 也会告诉你邮件里包含图片，回头记得要看；如果一个邮件中涉及来自多方的回复，Cortana 也会读出不同人的回复。

除了处理和朗读信息，Cortana 还能为用户「协商」。

当用户在和同事通过邮件讨论会议时间，他们可将 Cortana 列为其中一个收件人。接下来，Cortana 将调用公司内部日历，提出合适双方的时间安排建议。如果对方是公司外的合作伙伴，那 Cortana 则可以用自然语言和对方协议时间。

Shuman 将 Cortana 这方面的功能描述为「不是互动性，而更多是委托性的功能」，他认为，这也是真正办公室助手需要完成的任务。

> 我们有一亿活跃用户在使用 Outlook 移动版，他们将 Outlook 看作每天都要使用的信息中心，一天得打开好几次，总是在翻查是否有新信息。
> 
> 这是对助手的更自然的调用，尤其因为助手要管理时间，人员和任务。

总的来说，与其和现在已经获得较大市场占比的 Alexa 和 Google Assistant 竞争作为用户的通用性语音助手，Cortana 这个更具差异化和功能性的定位也许可走得更远。
