![Gastronaut](https://s3.ifanr.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/12/image_thumb3.png)人说“近朱者赤，近墨者黑”，大厨和科技能碰撞出什么火花？Google 的两位前任大厨 Nate Keller 和 Mirit Cohen 显然也被硅谷的创业文化深深影响，2008 年自立门户开了一家创业公司 [Gastronaut](http://www.gastronautsf.com/)，业务是——做菜。

Gastronaut 这名字就够 Geek，右图就是公司 logo，难道是 Google + Astronaut 的缩写？

Nate Keller 和 Mirit Cohen 分任总厨（Executive Chef）和 CEO。Keller 自小酷爱做菜，毕业于 CIA（美国烹饪学院的缩写）。2006 年 Keller 开始在 Google 总部担任 [Cafe 150](http://food-management.com/segments/bi_contract/fm_imp_11974/) 餐厅的总厨。

Cohen 是斯坦福大学心理学硕士，加入 Google 后转战 Google Campus 里的多家餐厅，五年内升至总厨。

2008 年，两人离开 Google 创办 Gastronaut，并在一年多的时间里发展成为拥有 14 名全职员工的公司。现在 Gastronaut 每天供应 300-600 份餐，由于人手问题不得不回绝一些顾客。他们的食物看起来非常诱人：
