# 现在，Google 可以帮你阅读邮件，然后智能回复

以后，再也不用担心没时间回复邮件了。

Google 现在利用“深度学习”（deep learning）技术[推出](http://gizmodo.com/googles-neural-network-can-now-reply-to-gmail-messages-1740260404)了一个新的 Gmail 功能，可以帮你阅读邮件并进行智能回复，他们将这一系统称为 “Smart Reply System”（智能回复系统）。

Smart Reply 包含两个神经网络：一个用来阅读邮件并进行内容分析，另一个用来生成自动回复。回复内容一般在三到六字之间，如图所示：

仅以右图为例：

> 假期有计划吗，如果有的话，可以发过来吗？
> 
> 还没呢 /我刚刚发过去了/我正在计划

对于 Google 提供的这些回复，用户可以选择直接发送或点击方案加工后再发送。

据 Google 产品经理 Alex Gawley 透露，这一系统可以生成大概两万个回复：

有时候，系统会产生一些类似“谢谢”，“听起来不错”，“明天怎么样”的回复。——即便如此，你也要相信，这是“智能回复系统”阅读内容后生成的结果，并非原本就有的回复。

还有些时候，系统会生成同质化的回复：

- How about tomorrow?
- Wanna get together tomorrow?
- I suggest we meet tomorrow.

为了消除这些重复的内容，Google 特意建立了一个人工智能系统。尽管如此，它还是有可能出现误差：

> 在测验中，Google 发现，“I love you” 这一回复出现得太多了。

但和其他神经网络一样，Google 在不断改善这一系统。Wired 认为：

> as time goes on, it will only get better.
> 
> （随着时间的流逝，它只会变得越来越好。）
