# 科技企业面对政府合理要求时是否提供数据？黑莓：可以提供

科技企业面对政府合理要求时是否应提供用户数据？黑莓 CEO 程守宗有这样一个看法。

[据 The Verge 报道](http://www.theverge.com/2016/4/18/11455878/blackberry-ceo-john-chen-encryption-debate-apple-fbi)，日前黑莓官方已确认协助了加拿大警方拦截和解密了通过黑莓设备发送的安全信息，信息数据超过百万条。

文章介绍，加拿大皇家警方拿到了公司一个用于黑莓 PIN-to-PIN 消息协议的加密密钥，而这项技术同时为 PIN 消息和 BBM 服务提供着支撑。

也就是说通过这个加密密钥，加拿大皇家警方可以收集嫌疑人通信数据。

文章重点在于，黑莓 CEO 程守宗的这次发言已经联系到苹果对于 FBI 的同类要求时的针锋相对。

此前苹果也曾被 FBI 要求提交一个用于破解犯罪人士手机数据的“后门”工具，苹果的态度是“坚决不”。这次尽管黑莓方面已经确认协助破案，但这次报道并未提及黑莓公司是否也开发了一个这样的“后门”工具。

在苹果与 FBI 对峙时期，[黑莓 CEO 程守宗的立场也很明确](http://tech.ifeng.com/a/20151218/41525774_0.shtml)：如果政府因为合法理由要求接入黑莓的数据，该公司将竭尽所能帮助政府获取其服务器上的短信内容。

此次他也在博文中写到，“作为一个合法公民，我们有明确立场；科技企业应回应合理的访问请求，帮助政府逮捕罪犯，也要防止政府侵犯用户数据。”
