# 看电影时被 FBI “请喝茶”，只因佩戴 Google Glass

一位俄亥俄州男子在上周观看电影《一触即发》（Jack Ryan: Shadow Recruit）时[被 FBI 探员逮捕](http://www.businessinsider.com/man-interrogated-by-fbi-for-wearing-prescription-google-glass-at-the-movies-2014-1?op=1)，随后遭到对方长时间的审讯。这起案件的起因在于该男子在观看影片时佩戴了 Google Glass。

[国土安全局称](http://the-gadgeteer.com/2014/01/20/amc-movie-theater-calls-fbi-to-arrest-a-google-glass-user/)，逮捕这名男子的原因是怀疑他利用 Google Glass 拍摄影片内容。根据美国的知识产权保护协议，类似的偷拍行为将是[一项严重的联邦犯罪](http://www.techdirt.com/articles/20130103/17345921575/camming-group-leader-sentenced-to-5-years-barred-owning-any-device-that-can-infringe-copyrights-after-release.shtml)。幸运的是，这名男子最后逃过了一劫。

原因是他在观影时并没有开启 Google Glass。批准此次逮捕行动的美国移民和海关执法局也确认了他的说法，承认 Google Glass 没有启动。

虽然只是虚惊一场，但这起案件再次让人们想起关于 Google Glass 的种种纠纷。去年一位圣地亚哥女司机因为在驾驶时佩戴 Google Glass 而吃了罚单。不过这名女士在上周[打赢了官司](http://gigaom.com/2014/01/17/google-glass-woman-beats-ticket-but-device-may-still-be-illegal-for-drivers/)，她的解释同样是没有启动 Google Glass。

然而问题是，Google Glass 牵扯出的对隐私、安全以及知识产权的担忧仍然存在，而官方对 Google Glass 的态度也依旧排斥。新技术与老观念的碰撞在 Google Glass 上又一次出现了，Google 亟需破题。
