# 卖了低端服务器又要卖半导体，IBM 卖上瘾了？

不过上述知情人士表示，IBM 并没有坚定出售半导体业务的想法，该公司还可能会与合作伙伴设立合资公司来共同经营半导体业务。

Moor Insights & Strategy 首席分析师 Patrick Moorhead 认为，“出售半导体业务将让 IBM 远离传统业务。这或许是该公司过去 20 年最重大的战略调整。”

2013 年 Q4 IBM 实现营收 277 亿美元，同比下滑 5.5%。该公司硬件业务营收为 43 亿美元，同比减少 26%。为了整体业绩更加喜人，IBM 正在调整发展战略。1 月 23 日，联想宣布已与 IBM 签订协议，以 23 亿美元收购 IBM x86 服务器硬件及相关维护服务业务。IBM 将有 7500 名员工加入联想集团。
