# 移动为先的微软又花 2 亿美元买了个 app？

据华尔街日报[报道](http://www.wsj.com/article_email/microsoft-buys-german-to-do-list-startup-6wunderkinder-1433177558-lMyQjAxMTA1MDA0MTIwMjEyWj)，微软对柏林初创企业 6Wunderkinder GmbH 的收购接近完成，收购价格介于 1 亿美元到 2 亿美元之间。双方发言人都没有正式确认。

6Wunderkinder GmbH 这个名字大家也许很陌生，但待办事项应用 Wunderlist 应该有很多人知道。6Wunderkinder GmbH 正是 Wunderlist 的开发商。

这次收购想必会让大家联想起微软之前的两次动作：

- 去年 12 月收购邮件应用 Acompli，并基于 Acompli 设计出了新版的 Outlook；
- 今年 2 月[收购](http://www.ifanr.com/news/492614)日历应用 Sunrise。

这三笔收购结合 [Office 移动端免费](http://www.ifanr.com/467063)策略来看，无疑是微软“移动为先”战略最生动的写照。

华尔街日报还从知情人士中得知，微软计划将这三笔收购中获得的技术整合进自家的 app 中，以加强其竞争力。收购完成后，6Wunderkinder GmbH 团队仍将留在柏林办公室，远程向微软位于雷德蒙德的总部汇报工作。
