# Airbnb 如何用技术解决定价难题？

Airbnb 的房价会随着淡旺变化，如果你在九月份前往加利福尼亚圣地亚哥，一间 Airbnb 大概定价 200-300 美元，但到了七月份的漫展期间，房价会飙升到 1000 美元。对房主来说，合理的定价能带来最大化的利润，也能让消费者免受被黑的困扰。Airbnb 为了解决这个问题，发布了定价工具。

这个工具叫做 [Aerosolve](http://www.engadget.com/2015/06/04/airbnb-price-tips/?utm_source=Feed_Classic_Full&utm_medium=feed&utm_campaign=Engadget&?ncid=rss_full)，它的算法能依据房间需求、地理位置、旅行趋势、房型等因素推算合理的房价。在一个演示界面中，房主能在日历中填写预期定价，如果系统认为价格过高，会用红色或黄色标注，反之用绿色标注。

合理的定价对房主来说非常重要，Airbnb 的工程 VP 说，如果把价格设定在“建议定价”上下 5% 以内，房间被预定的可能性将增加 3 倍。此外，Airbnb 也推出了可兑换房间的[礼品卡](https://www.airbnb.com/gift)功能。
